Toqruay train station is located a 10 minute walk from The Chesterfield. Exit the train station via the ticket hall and turn left to join Rathmore road. After approximately 50m Rathmore road becomes Falkland road, follow this over the large junction and to the cross road with Belgrave road. Turn left onto Belgrave road and The Chesterfield is located on your left.
Please note there are 2 train stations in Torquay – ensure you alight at Torquay rather than Torre.
If you are arriving by car we have 1 parking space which is reserved for guests staying in the Penthouse. If you are using this space it can be found on the lane off Falkland road behind the buidling. Please look for signs indicating where to park.
If you are not staying in the penthouse suite please do not park at the back of
the building; there is plenty of free on street parking nearby:
Bampfylde Road and nearby side streets (3 min walk away)
Scarborough Road (3 min walk away)
Croft Road (2 min walk away)
Mill Lane (3 min walk away)
Avenue Road (5 minute walk away)
There are also pay and display carparks nearby, for which you can buy 4 or 8 day passes which can be used in all council car parks across the bay; these are a great way to save money if you will be exploring by car!
We suggest that if you arriving by coach that you use a Taxi to reach The Chesterfield as the coach station is approximatley a 30 minute walk away.

You are free to cancel your booking at any point up to 14 days before your booking.
When booking you will be asked for payment card details. These details will be securly held until payment is made 14 days before your stay. Any additional extras you choose to purchase during your stay can be paid for on the premisis.
Our standard Check in starts at 3pm, with check out being 10am. If you book direct with us we are always happy to be flexible with these times – just drop us a message or give us a ring to let us know your needs.
Anytime! we know that travelling to Devon can be tough, so we operate a self check in system to give you the maximum flexibility. You will be sent details of the system the day before you travel to make sure they are handy for when you arrive.
